Your Challenge

 

As an Enterprise Architect you are in the key position of making sure that our ICT Architecture supports our business goals. You oversee the long-term development of strategic ICT architecture and organizational development activities to ensure our competitive advantage by for example locating ways to reduce costs in ICT. You make sure that architecture vision and roadmap is up-to-date and all development activities are in line with business strategy, architecture and budget. In this role it is crucial to understand the needs of all stakeholders and evaluating trade-offs to achieve highest positive impact to business. To sum it up you are expected to lead, make decisions and take action on complex architectural questions. Also, one of the most important tasks is to identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth. We also want you to have the time you need to keep up with the latest trends in technology to evaluate how they could fit into our future system landscape.

 

Our offices are in Uusikaupunki and Turku. In this position it is possible to work in either of the locations or mostly remote if you prefer so. But to get to know our people, business and culture we hope that you will occasionally work in these locations.

 

We expect you to have

 

  • Deep understanding in company businesses and field of industry
  • Overall knowledge of production, SCM processes and how to support them with ICT architecture
  • Excellent project management, negotiation and presentation skills and experience of working in cross-functional development initiatives in relation to business process and system development
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills and ability to communicate with colleagues on every level of organization
  • Self-driven and able to make decisions independently
  • Creative thinking
  • Proficient in English and Finnish and/or German is an advantage
