Would you be our new Trainee in Manufacturing Engineering, Body Shop? 

The tasks in the ME Body Shop focus on supporting ongoing projects for our own production or external customers. If project management, production processes, designing and implementation of manufacturing technologies and working in this field fascinate you, this position could be just right for you!

Your days will include:

• Participating in various ME Body Shop team projects in diverse ways. 

• Provide support in planning, designing and implementation of production equipment. 

• Support the implementation of design data into our PLM System (Teamcenter). 

• Close collaboration with other organizations, engineering suppliers and equipment vendors. 

We hope that you:

• Are studying in a relevant field (e.g., engineering). 

• Are somehow familiar with designing and planning production equipment, either through your studies or previous work experience. 

• Get excited by terms like Catia, NX, Virtual commissioning, Team Center, Intelligent manufacturing, industry 4.0, mechanics and process technology. 

• Are proactive and an open team player. 

• Can communicate fluently in English, Finnish is an asset. 

• Are not intimidated by rapidly changing situations but adapt easily and can make quick decisions.

The position is located in Uusikaupunki. Initial orientation and project requirements permitting, you may have the opportunity to work remotely part-time during the summer. 

The trainee period is fixed-term and runs from May to August.
