Are you curious about sales, business development, and market analysis? Would you be our new Trainee in the Business and Sales Development team? 

Our Sales Development team plays a key role in supporting and improving our commercial processes, customer understanding, and sales performance. If you are interested in improving how a sales organization operates, developing clear structures, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day business development and sales activities, this role could be just right for you! 

Your summer with us will include 

• Supporting the improvement and maintenance of market analysis and sales processes and tools, including CRM development, templates, and automation tasks. 

• Preparing process descriptions, internal guidelines, and other documentation that supports business development and sales operations. 

• Participating in small development projects that enhance market analysis and sales efficiency and clarity in ways of working. 

• Collaborating closely with business development and sales teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation. 

We hope that you 

• Are studying in a relevant field, such as business, industrial engineering, economics, or another applicable area. 

• Have an interest in sales, business development, data analysis, or customer experience. 

• Are familiar with tools like Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, or are eager to learn them. 

• Are proactive, curious, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. 

• Communicate fluently in English; Finnish is considered an asset. 

• Adapt smoothly to changing situations and enjoy problem‑solving. 

Location and Trainee Period 

• The position is located in Uusikaupunki but has a possibility to work also from Turku office and remotely. 

• The trainee period runs May–August.
