HR Specialist, Work Ability Management; Uusikaupunki, Finland

Your Challenge

You support the work community in activities that maintain work ability. You are responsible for coordinating and reporting on work ability programs and development measures. You train new supervisors in work ability processes and systems and develop the skills of supervisors and unify practices. You are responsible for active cooperation with the occupational health service, the pension company and the occupational safety organization. You participate in work ability negotiations as the employer's representative and find the most suitable solutions for individual situations. Today, corona pandemic prevention in our work community is also an integral part of our HR team’s work.


The position is a temporary replacement until 31.12.2022.


We wish you have/are

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a suitable field
  • Work experience in one of the following areas: vocational rehabilitation, occupational health care and occupational well-being development.
  • Understanding the ability to maintain work ability as a strategic success factor for an organization, where collaboration between different parties produces the best outcome.
  • Motivation to help supervisors with work ability and well-being issues and you are excited to develop ways to support work ability at different stages of a career.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to organize, negotiate and solve personnel problems even in challenging situations.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English and have good MS Office skills.
