As a member of our Sustainability team, you will actively shape the future of sustainable mobility: You will work on groundbreaking projects that set new standards in environmental friendliness and resource conservation. In doing so, you will continuously develop your expertise in sustainability and play a key role in transforming the automotive industry.
Here’s where you’ll make an impact:
- Projects are managed by you to ensure that our sustainability strategy is deeply embedded across all areas of the organization, shaping our processes for the future.
- You develop sustainable solutions for our customer projects with creativity and work with us to put their ecological goals on the right track.
- The annual project to calculate the greenhouse gas footprint according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol becomes a milestone in our sustainability reporting under your leadership and will enhance our understanding of the impacts we have on the environment and help us direct our focus to where it matters most.
- Procurement processes and requirements are enhanced with your expertise, ensuring that sustainability is firmly integrated into our sourcing.
- Last but not least, Sustainability initiatives at our German sites are supported by you, and compliance with the ISO14001 Environmental Management System is maintained.
This is your basic equipment:
- University degree in economics, sustainability management, business administration or similar
- Broad knowledge of sustainability concepts in the manufacturing context and environmental management (ISO14001); experience in organizational carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and life-cycle-assessments (LCA) desirable.
- Collaborating and communicating with internal stakeholders comes naturally to you, helping to achieve common goals and strengthen the team.
- With your organized approach, you prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities at once, and support change processes across all levels of the organization.
- Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Gut! In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things. Your formula for success: change = chance.
