Senior Product Manager*in Battery Truck & Bus / Off-Highway (w/m/x)

As a member of our product management team, you will have your finger on the pulse of automotive change: You will drive our product management process and connect the content and topics that ensure the further development of our strategy.

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

• Through your targeted analysis of market requirements, you develop new battery products (48V-HV) for the Truck & Bus and Off-Highway market.
• You identify emerging trends in e-mobility and work with the product team and the appropriate stakeholders to develop an efficient product concept.
• Thanks to your active network, you are familiar with potential customers and their needs, and your analysis of the competition keeps you constantly up to date.
• As an internal interface, you work closely with other departments, business lines and business development.
• You will formulate potential requirements, financial concepts and general conditions for our/your product ideas. You bring these to the point in presentations and thus enable strategic decisions.

This is your basic equipment:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable discipline
• Several years of comparable experience in the automotive or supplier industry
• Good know-how in electromobility/energy storage as well as in product development processes in the OEM/Tier1/System Supplier area
• Practical experience with concepts for vehicle energy storage systems (BEV, PHEV, 48V)
• Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! Other strong points of yours: team spirit and customer orientation with the ability to align customer targets with internal priorities. Your formula for success: “change = chance”.
