Senior Engineer for Engineering Quality (f/m/x) Batteries

Your job site and team:

As a member of our Engineering department, you'll be involved in all project development phases and ensure quality of our engineering, starting already in the quotation phase till the handover of the project to the manufacturing.

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

• You’ll lead the engineering quality activities for our battery engineering projects and the fulfillment of quality documentations according to the IATF standards.
• During the project execution, you’ll manage the risk mitigation and foresee any risks that might arise. You’ll also create qualified product documentation with the engineering organization.
• Because you possess excellent communication skills and are a team player, you exchange quality information and guide the SC/CC (Special and Critical Characteristic) topics with all stakeholders involved in the process. Furthermore, you’ll stay up-to-date with the safety critical features and guide the cost efficient assurance from the engineering work into the production.     
• To ensure that the risk assessment SC/CC topics transfer smoothly into pre-series production and production process, the transfer is also organized by you.

This is your basic equipment:

• University degree in engineering or other relevant fields, a vocational background is also valued
• Experience in engineering quality in the automotive industry, previous experiences with V-Models and A-Spice would be an asset
• Knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, etc.), and know your way around MS Office and customer portals  
• Your English: Off the charts! Your Finnish or German: not a Must-Have ! Other strong points of yours: team spirit and process oriented. Your formula for success: “change = chance”.
