Plant Controller / Production Controller (f/m/x)

in Kirchardt near Heilbronn, Germany

Your job site and team:

Our brand new, 11.500 m² battery factory in Kirchardt is ideally located off the A6 and in the middle of the Kraichgau region: a green, family-friendly region with idyllic towns and great wine-growing areas.

As a member of our Finance & Controlling department, you will operate with efficient processes and the latest concepts in finance, accounting and controlling. Always at your side: a perfectly coordinated team that underpins the manufacture of innovative products with figures and data.

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

• You will provide the management team with monthly and ad hoc analyses and reports and advise them on decision-making regarding production KPIs and target achievement.
• Furthermore, you coordinate the budget process, our forecast planning and our long-range planning with the responsible managers and coordinate these within the company and with the headquarter.
• You improve our reporting and optimise the processes of production controlling.
• In addition, you control product costing, cost accounting and participate in projects in your area of expertise.

This is your basic equipment:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SAP
• Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! Other strong points of yours: team spirit and the ability to drive change. Your formula for success: “change = chance”.
