HR Manager (f/m/x)

in Kirchardt near Heilbronn, Germany

 

Your job site and team:

Our brand new, 11.500 m² battery factory in Kirchardt is ideally located off the A6 and in the middle of the Kraichgau region: a green, family-friendly region with idyllic towns and great wine-growing areas.

As a team lead of our Human Resources, you’ll manage the day-to-day activities and strategic support of employee relations programs for our plant in Kirchardt. Always at your side: a well-matched and highly motivated team, working together all across our locations.

 

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

  • You’ll skillfully manage your small team and assist the HR business unit to oversee organizational HR strategies, processes, and practices.
  • Additionally, you’ll manage employments, placements, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services in the location.
  • You’ll maintain good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction, and ensuring a positive working environment.
  • Last but not least, you’ll provide advice, counseling, and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures.

 

This is your basic equipment:

  • University degree in human resources management, business administration or similar
  • Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Practice with SAP Success Factors is an asset
  • Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things. Your formula for success: change = chance.
