As a member of our Sourcing Department, you’ll operate with a great network of suppliers and the latest innovations in the automotive industry. Always at your side: a well-matched team, working together all across Europe.

 

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

  • As a Project Sourcing Manager, coordinate customer and product requirements between the individual departments (engineering, quality, etc.) and communicate these to the procurement team.
  • You will create and manage procurement plans for Tier 1 projects from RFQ to SOP and ensure that the right parts are available at the right time for prototyping and other project phases.
  • Using the PDP (Product Development Process), you create procurement bills of materials, define milestones, request prices and schedule delivery deadlines and conditions.
  • You actively implement the sourcing strategy, successfully working with the relevant category leads.
  • Last but not least, you’ll excel at working with people from a wide range of disciplines – making both our internal stakeholders and our suppliers happy to work with you.

 

This is your basic equipment:

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement processes and experience in sourcing in the automotive industry or the battery sector
  • Practice with SAP and routine with Microsoft Office
  • Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Gut! In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things. Your formula for success: change = chance.
