Summer Trainee, Supply Chain Planning

We are now looking for eager Summer Trainees to join our team. As a Summer Trainee, you can kick-start your career with gaining hands-on experience and be a part in shaping the future of battery technology.

We have a group of specialists and engineer with diverse backgrounds and curios and we are looking additions to join us for the summer, support in learning your tasks, brain storming to overcome challenges and helping each other to learn and keep thriving is something we live by! By working with us you’ll become a member of this culture and you’ll have a seat where the action happens. In the Supply Chain Planning  we plan it all; from the production planning, to material planning and supplier collaboration, all the way to planning the shipments to our customers, we do it all. And this is where you would also  be making your impact. Depending on which duties you’ll be taking on, they generally include tasks like:

• Planning realistic schedules to fulfill orders
• Coordinating operations with team mates and other plant functions
• Reporting
• Collaboration with customers and/or suppliers

The location of this traineeship is in Uusikaupunki. A hybrid working model is possible, after the training period at the start of the traineeship.

We hope you have:

• Ongoing studies or a fresh degree in a field like logistics, supply management, industrial management, or something similar.  
• Language skills:  Good spoken and written English is required. Finnish language is seen a plus.
• Interest in managing supply chains, developing your duties and environment and learning about production facility operations would be great!
• Basic knowledge of systems like SAP would be beneficial, but no worries if you are not a professional, we’ll show you the works!
• Good teamwork and communication skills, willingness to learn, can do-attitude and a lot of excitement will take you far!
