Our Finance Team is looking for three enthusiastic and motivated Summer Trainees:

Summer Trainee, Business Control

As Summer Trainee, Business Control, your traineeship can be either in our Turku or Salo office and your workdays will include:

• Supporting the business control team in analyzing financial data and preparing reports
• Assisting with forecasting, Long Range Planning, and variance analysis
• Collaborating with various departments to gather and validate business insights
• Having the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects
• Performing versatile ad hoc tasks to support decision-making and strategy execution

Summer Trainee, Accounting

As Summer Trainee, Accounting, your traineeship can be either in our Turku, Salo, or Uusikaupunki office and your workdays will include:

• Assisting in month-end tasks
• Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
• Preparation in various accounting reports
• Performing various ad hoc tasks to support decision-making and strategy execution

Summer Trainee, Accounts Payable and Receivable

As Summer Trainee, Accounts Payable and Receivable, your traineeship can be either in our Turku or Uusikaupunki office and your workdays will include:

• Mainly assisting in processing and verifying invoices in AP team
• Vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Assisting the AR team

In all three roles, a hybrid working model and flexible working hours are possible.

We hope you have:

• Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Fluent spoken and written English is required in all Finance positions. Finnish is required in other Finance positions, except not mandatory in the Business Control position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other financial tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
