Senior Sales Manager (f/m/x) Automotive / Truck&Bus, Contract Manufacturing and System Supply

Your job site and team:

You will join our international Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales. Together, we drive growth in the automotive and mobility sectors by delivering cutting-edge battery solutions and contract manufacturing services. Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

  • Identify and acquire new customers in the field of contract manufacturing and system supply in Automotive or Truck&Bus.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align offerings with market demand and customer needs.

This is your basic equipment:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the battery or automotive sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive market and battery technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with adaptability to changing market conditions.
