Key Specialist Product Management (f/m/x), Battery Systems

Your job site and team:

You will be part of our CF Program & Product Management department, collaborating closely with colleagues across Sales, Engineering, Technology, Strategy and other key functions. You will act as the endtoend product owner defining the strategy, driving approval processes, steering serial supply, and ensuring longterm product success.

 

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the full product lifecycle — from strategic definition and product approval to serial production, aftersales, and beyond.
  • Lead the strategy process and develop the first version of the product strategy for the OffHighway / Truck & Bus segment.
  • Analyze market trends, drivers, technologies, and model market potentials down to componentlevel pricing.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer and competitor analysis to sharpen product positioning.
  • Drive globalization initiatives and identify international growth opportunities for your product line.
  • Prepare deepdive analyses for top management and support strategic decisionmaking with datadriven insights.
  • Monitor regulatory, technological, and competitive environments and translate developments into actionable recommendations.

This is your basic equipment:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Professional experience at expert level (typically 5–10 years) in product management or comparable strategic, techdriven fields such as e-mobility.
  • Strategic thinker with experience supporting business planning and translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to structure, analyze and interpret large data sets to derive meaningful business conclusions.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and decisionmaking ability your recommendations will influence multiple departments and carry significant business impact.
